Acquisition of patents and technologies through IPB AG

We offer patent and technology owners, who wish to develop and/or sell their patented inventions, a variety of flexible partnership models.

The prerequisite for a partnership is a positive evaluation of your technology in our acclaimed analysis process. We assess the commercial potential of your technology from technical, commercial, and legal viewpoints. Then an investment in your technology can be made with a patent value fund.

The payments are allocated as follows:

  • Immediate payment on transfer of proprietary rights
  • Financing of development work

    • (two till three years, either with the inventor or with a third-party development partner)

  • Percentage share of sales

In particular, financing of development projects in this sector is effectively synonymous with the involvement of third-party capital.
