• New method and device for melting sugar*
  The invention concerns a new process for the melting of sugar in the food technology sector and is based on fluid dynamics. It comprises all the advantages of a controlled, automated and gentle process.

  The new procedure improves the ripening process of raw sausage by adding folic acid. In this way starter cultures can be omitted and the ripening process is accelerated.
